We stand all as one under the moonlight, as the Moon enlightens all that darkness hides...

’We all stand as one under the moonlight’ -This thought inspired this piece of work. I believe that when the sun shines on us, it creates shadows where all our secrets get hidden. However the moonlight enlightens all that we wished to keep in the dark, and forces us to face our demons. The painting depicts six butterfly wings and one of a raven, which might create a kind of confusion in the viewer. Again it highlights the phenomenon that they may never be seen together under the sun, but they are united in the moonlight.
